Second-hand Dealers:

To obtain a Second-hand Dealer license, you must have your fingerprints and a subsequent background check through a live scan fingerprint vendor. According to the Florida Department of Revenue, all first-time applicants looking to obtain a Second-hand Dealer license must have a criminal history record check. 

Don’t worry, BioMetric Impressions Corp. is here to help! According to Florida Statutes chapter (538.09) if a Second-hand Dealer has multiple partners, each individual must be fingerprinted. After fingerprints are finalized, The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) should receive results with a 30-day period.  

Important: You must be at least 18 years of age in order to obtain a Second–hand Dealer license.
